Joining Jebel Ali Nursery is simple-and exciting! From your first visit to your child’s first day, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Admissions are open year-round, so you can apply whenever the time feels right.

It’s natural to have questions before starting your nursery journey. Below are some of the things parents often ask-but if there’s anything else on your mind, we’d love to hear from you.

What age groups do you accept?
Welcoming children from 45 days to 5 years, our nursery offers a warm and inspiring environment where early development flourishes through care, play, and discovery.
What curriculum do you follow?
Guided by the British EYFS curriculum, we nurture key early skills through purposeful play, emotional development, and hands-on discovery-empowering children to learn naturally and thrive at their own rhythm.
What are your opening hours and scheduling options?
Our nursery is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible drop-off and pick-up times designed to fit your family’s routine. We offer both part-time and full-time schedules, as well as adaptable day options to suit your needs.
Can I visit the nursery before enrolling?
We’d be delighted to welcome you in person. Booking a tour is the perfect way to explore our spaces, meet our passionate educators, and ask any questions you may have. Simply visit your preferred branch page to schedule your visit.
How do I enrol my child?

  • Select the schedule that fits your family, complete the enrolment form
  • Complete the enrolment form and submit the required documents,and send in your documents.
  • We’ll take care of the rest- including a gentle, personalised settling-in plan to make your child’s first day feel happy and secure.

How do you help children settle in?
We understand that every child adjusts in their own way. That’s why our settling-in approach is gentle and personalised-designed in partnership with you to help your child feel comfortable, secure, and excited about their new routine.
What should my child bring to nursery?
We’ll share a full checklist when you enrol, but to help you prepare: pack a spare outfit, a water bottle, a healthy snack or lunch (depending on the session), and a comfort item if it brings your child ease during settling in.
How do you help children settle in?

Every child adjusts differently, which is why we have a gentle, personalised settling-in approach. We work with you to make sure your child feels comfortable, secure and excited about their new routine.

What should my child bring to nursery?

We’ll provide a full checklist when you enrol, but generally, your child will need:

  • A spare set of clothes
  • A water bottle
  • A healthy snack and/or lunch, depending on the session
  • A comfort item (if it helps with settling in)
How do you communicate with parents?
We believe in open, consistent communication. Through our Illumine app and newsletter, you’ll receive regular updates on your child’s progress, snapshots of their day, and all the latest nursery news.
What safety and hygiene measures do you have in place?
We know how important safety is to you—and it’s just as important to us. From secure entry points and caring, trained staff to strict hygiene routines, we create a safe, clean, and nurturing space for your child to thrive.
What if my child has allergies or medical needs?
Your child’s wellbeing is our priority. Let us know about any allergies or medical needs during enrolment, and our trained staff will ensure they’re cared for with sensitivity and safety.
Do you offer a transport service?
Yes, we’re proud to offer a premium, safe, and highly reliable door-to-door bus service from Jebel Ali Village Nursery to surrounding communities—currently available at our Al Furjan South, Discovery Gardens, and Motor City branches. Safety and quality are our top priorities. Our transport service meets the highest standards, with full RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) compliance, including RTA-approved seat belts for every child. Each journey is led by RTA-qualified, experienced drivers and supported by RTA-trained female conductors—ensuring continuous care and supervision on board.

Do you provide meals and snacks?
We don’t offer meals, as we trust you to choose what’s best for your child. Just send along a nutritious snack or lunch based on their schedule—and feel free to include their favourites! We just ask that you keep in mind that we are a ‘no nuts’ and ‘no pork’ setting!
What happens if we move to a different area?
If your family moves or your needs change, we’re here to support you. With multiple branches across Dubai and Sharjah, your child may be able to transfer to another Jebel Ali Village Nursery—making the transition seamless and reassuringly familiar.
