Registered Nursery Nurse

Job Title: Nursery Nurse

Location: Dubai/Sharjah

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate, safe, and professional first aid and emergency medical care to children.
  • Manage and maintain the nursery clinic, ensuring all medical supplies and first-aid kits meet DHA regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date medical records, allergy action plans, and daily clinic logs for all children.
  • Administer prescribed medication safely in accordance with parental consent and nursery policies.
  • Lead infection control protocols and work closely with staff to maintain high hygiene standards throughout the nursery.
  • Coordinate routine doctor visits and ensure all medical records and follow-ups comply with DHA and KHDA requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and management regarding children’s health concerns, treatments, and incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent approved nursing qualification.
  • Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License or an active DHA Eligibility Letter.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a nursery, school, or pediatric healthcare setting.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of KHDA, MOE, Dubai Municipality, and DHA health and safety regulations.
  • Calm, compassionate, and professional with a genuine passion for caring for young children.

Nursery Teacher

Job Title: Early Years Teacher

Location: Dubai/Sharjah

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
  • CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS Framework is essential.
  • Valid Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Montessori qualification or experience is an advantage (where applicable).

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early years or nursery setting.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering engaging, child-led, play-based learning experiences.
  • Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
  • Experience observing, assessing, and documenting children’s progress.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience in an international nursery or school environment is desirable.
