Right in the heart of Discovery Gardens Pavilion Mall, our Discovery Gardens nursery is a bright, happy space where little learners play, explore and grow with confidence.
With colourful classrooms, a warm community and a team of nurturing educators, we bring a spark of joy to every child’s early years.
Our purpose-built nursery features 10 spacious, well-equipped classrooms, where children learn through play using our modified British EYFS curriculum. With a mix of teacher-led guidance and child-led discovery, we create a balanced, engaging environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and confidence.
Here, no two days are the same! Children enjoy messy play, dance & movement, outdoor excursions, role play, and a calendar full of exciting extracurricular activities. Our secure, shaded outdoor play area is perfect for active fun, with air coolers keeping things comfortable even in the warmer months. Plus, our huge indoor sports hall gives little ones a safe, stimulating space to build their strength and coordination.
We know that life in Dubai is busy, so we keep things flexible for you and we even offer a bus service for added convenience. Our doors are always open - pop in for a visit whenever it suits you!

My son has now graduated from FS1 at the Polo club branch after 2 years of attending this amazing nursery, and how I wish it had FS2 for him to keep going there. We have loved everything about it, from the easy access in the morning and saying Hi to all the horses, to its beautiful intimate, outdoor and nurturing environment. The class sizes are perfect, and the staff is just so attentive, caring and really love what they do. They really helped my little one grow with confidence and learn through play. What makes you stand out is your kind flexibility, which I can only imagine is difficult to cope with sometimes but makes a huge difference. Not only for the convenience of the parents, but makes your nursery very elastic and open minded rather than a dry institution ran by strict rules!
Both Miss Petra and Miss Sunshine have greatly contributed to her development starting from understanding seasons, colours, shapes, numbers etc, but also dealing with emotions, understanding others and critically potty training. We look forward to enrolling both our daughters in the upcoming term and continue to enjoy their journey at Jebel Ali Nursery, in preparation for the big school.

An extraordinary, magical place, where the commitment that every single person puts in can be seen in the results, seeing the children happy and above all learning so much is wonderful. All the parents I meet every morning are always smiling, in two years we have had the pleasure of meeting 6 teachers and all 6 are fantastic professionals and really kind people. Nothing to say, even though it is very inconvenient for me and very far from my daily commitments, we will always bring our children here with them.

Dear Michelle and all staff of JAVN, Thanks to you, we had an amazing 1st year in Dubai. I remember the first couple of days when Isabella didn’t want to go to the Nursery (as it was her 1st time to go to a nursery or away from Mama). My son was in JAVN in Motorcity for 2 years and he absolutely loved it! I was very happy with the school and all the staff were extremely friendly! Everything was well organised, the teachers class set ups and learning activities were great! Definitely going to miss this school as my son moved to a higher grade.
We LOVE this place. the only nursery my kid didn’t feel anxious during nursery tours. The staff is warm and welcoming, the receptionist is super friendly with kids. We love the cozy setting and the nature based play learning, and most importantly the horses that my kids pet before the class starts.

What age groups do you accept?
We welcome children from 1,5 months to 6 years, offering a caring, stimulating environment that supports their early development. You can find more details here.

We follow the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, focusing on play-based learning, emotional intelligence and hands-on discovery to help children develop key skills at their own pace. Read more here.
What are your opening hours and scheduling options?
We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times to fit your family’s routine. Our nursery is open from 7.30am to 6pm, with options for part-time and full-time schedules and flexible days.

How do I enrol my child?

How do you help children settle in?
Every child adjusts differently, which is why we have a gentle, personalised settling-in approach. We work with you to make sure your child feels comfortable, secure and excited about their new routine.
What should my child bring to nursery?
We’ll provide a full checklist when you enrol, but generally, your child will need:
- A spare set of clothes
- A water bottle
- A healthy snack and/or lunch, depending on the session
- A comfort item (if it helps with settling in)
How do you communicate with parents?
We believe in open, regular communication. You’ll receive updates on your child’s progress, photos of their day and important nursery news through our parent app and newsletter.
What safety and hygiene measures do you have in place?
Your child’s safety is our top priority. We have secure entry systems, trained staff and strict hygiene policies to keep our nurseries safe, clean and welcoming.
What if my child has allergies or medical needs?
Please let us know about any allergies or medical requirements during enrolment. Our team is trained to manage allergies and administer necessary medications safely.
Do you offer a transport service?

No, we don't since you know best what your child loves to eat. Please give them a healthy morning/ afternoon snack, and/or lunch to take.

With 5 nurseries in Dubai and 1 in Sharjah, your child may be able to transfer to another Jebel Ali Village Nursery branch, ensuring a smooth transition with familiar routines and learning approaches.
