Step 2: Pick a schedule that works for you
Every family’s routine looks a little different—that’s why we offer flexible enrolment options:
- Part-time & full-time schedules – Choose between 2, 3 or 5 days per week
- Flexible drop-off & pick-up timings – Morning, afternoon and extended hours available
- FS1 & FS2 preparation – A structured 5-day programme for children moving on to big school
- Year-round admissions – Join us when the time feels right for your family.
- A personalised settling-in approach – Helping children adjust at their own pace.

Step 3: Save your spot!
When you’re ready to enrol, you’ll just need to:
- Fill out a short enrolment form, medical questionnaire and consent forms.
- Share a few documents (like Emirates ID, passport copies and vaccination records).
- Confirm your child’s place with a registration payment.
Once you're all set, you’ll get a welcome email helping you get ready for the big first day.

Step 4: A happy start
Starting nursery is a big step (for you and your little one!) and we’ll make it as smooth as possible.

What age groups do you accept?
We welcome children from 1,5 months to 6 years, offering a caring, stimulating environment that supports their early development. You can find more details here.

We follow the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, focusing on play-based learning, emotional intelligence and hands-on discovery to help children develop key skills at their own pace. Read more here.
What are your opening hours and scheduling options?
We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times to fit your family’s routine. Our nursery is open from 7.30am to 6pm, with options for part-time and full-time schedules and flexible days.
Can I visit the nursery before enrolling?

How do I enrol my child?

How do you help children settle in?
Every child adjusts differently, which is why we have a gentle, personalised settling-in approach. We work with you to make sure your child feels comfortable, secure and excited about their new routine.
What should my child bring to nursery?
We’ll provide a full checklist when you enrol, but generally, your child will need:
- A spare set of clothes
- A water bottle
- A healthy snack and/or lunch, depending on the session
- A comfort item (if it helps with settling in)
How do you communicate with parents?
We believe in open, regular communication. You’ll receive updates on your child’s progress, photos of their day and important nursery news through our parent app and newsletter.
What safety and hygiene measures do you have in place?
Your child’s safety is our top priority. We have secure entry systems, trained staff and strict hygiene policies to keep our nurseries safe, clean and welcoming.
What if my child has allergies or medical needs?
Please let us know about any allergies or medical requirements during enrolment. Our team is trained to manage allergies and administer necessary medications safely.
Do you offer a transport service?
Yes! We provide a safe and reliable door-to-door bus service from our Jebel Ali Village Nurseries to surrounding areas.
- Fully compliant with RTA safety regulations
- RTA-approved seat belts for every child
- RTA-qualified drivers ensuring safe journeys
- RTA-trained female conductors on board at all times

Do you provide meals and snacks?
No, we don't since you know best what your child loves to eat. Please give them a healthy morning/ afternoon snack, and/or lunch to take.
What happens if we move to a different area?
With 5 nurseries in Dubai and 1 in Sharjah, your child may be able to transfer to another Jebel Ali Village Nursery branch, ensuring a smooth transition with familiar routines and learning approaches.
