Admissions Checklist

If you wish to enrol your child at one of our branches, please complete our free online application form given below. To see your preferred branch yourself, please give us a call to arrange a visit. We would be delighted to show you and your child around our lovely facilities, and to answer any questions that you may have.

HOW TO APPLY

To ensure the safety of your child and to keep in line with the municipality laws we require all the children entering into the nursery to provide us with copies of the following:

1. Completion of the Registration Form. Fill it online here or download here.
2. Completion of the Medical and Accident and Emergency Forms. Download form here.
3. A copy of child’s passport and visa page.
4. A copy of child’s insurance card and emirates ID.
5. A copy of parent’s passport and visa page.
6. A copy of child’s vaccination record.
7. Completion of Consent for Photography. Download form here.
8. 2 Passport Photographs of the child.
9. 1 Passport Photograph of parents or any adult who regularly collects the child from the nursery.
